Frank grew up in East Taylor Township, he is a life-long resident of our region and knows about the issues that concern you most.  He is the son of Bill and Agnes Burns who own and operate the Rose Bud Inn on William Penn Avenue just north of Johnstown.  Frank is 32, single, and has no children.

He currently serves as a Supervisor of East Taylor Township and for the past five years as an elected member of the State Democratic Committee.

Frank is employed as a consultant for Den-Mat, a cosmetic dental company; he is responsible for over $3 million in business annually. He travels the United States educating dentists on the latest advancements and techniques in cosmetic and restorative dentistry.

His previous work experience includes negotiation and communication at several Fortune 500 companies.

He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown with a degree in business management with a marketing concentration.
